Is anyone getting a lot of scam sells lately?

Is anyone getting a lot of scam sells lately? I feel like it has become more often than not.... I had a buyer send me this message yesterday. Buyer sent me a message claiming the item doesn't work. I test everything before posting as a seller should. I also offer 30 day free returns and free shipping. The buyer then sent me this - Here are the options: 1) $30 refund and I will finagle the two items together; no bad review 2) send it back to you by you (seller) sending me a return shipping label: no bad review with a full refund 3) I keep it and seller earns a bad review.

They went on to claim the item was missing something that was not offered in the listing. I did reply - That item was not included in the listing or in photos. Item has been properly tested and working before posting and being shipped. This is for the head unit only. You may return the item. Thank you and have a great day.

I did report them. They have not filed a return. They may or may not. However I have been getting this a lot more lately. The return is always not working or not as described. I had someone leave me a negative review already because of this and I tried to report to eBay and it was not removed. I understand this is business but this has to stop at some point right?
