IS ANYONE EXPERIENCING EBAY REMOVING YOUR LISTING FROM YOUR UNSOLD LISTING.?

Ebay sent me a message saying they removed my listing because of their VeRO Parallel Import Policy.I did not mine, but they put the 21 items in my unsold and within minutes removed the items. They did not even give me a chance to correct them and relist them. When i called they told me they could not retrieved my items back. I am so tired of Ebay as soon as i sell out my items i am going to shut down my store.

I had 45 listings of sterling silver souvenir spoons. I removed them from active to unsold or inactive to review the prices due to the sterling silver market changes. Yesterday I went to work on updating and they were all gone. Is there a way to retrieve them?
