Is anyone else getting prompts to re-ship items sold back in January?
Buyer is a Doggie Foster Mom, we made a discount for her and discounted her shipping. I gave her a refund and shipped a cheaper way. As far as I know she receieved her item at the end of January. Today, out of the blue, I received a prompt from eBay to ship the item again and that I am late shipping. Buyer has not initiated a refund for non-receipt. None of the Chat Bots know what to do with this possible glitch.

OP4 months agoDoes eBay read these comments? I'm not sure how to get ahold of them anymore for outliers like this. Back in the day, you could eventually get a hold of a human to review this stuff. However, now (like ever other company) good luck. It's very cumbersome for sellers. Thank you all for the responses, much appreciated. Continued success with your endeavors!

·4 months agoHere is the email I received for late shipping. Again, this item was cancelled by the buyer within an hour of selling on April 17th. I received this email on April 22nd saying that I missed the shipping date by April 20th. When I click the button that says "Get Shipping Label" it says it was cancelled and there is nothing left to do. It has to be a system glitch.

·4 months agoI did receive a prompt to ship an item that the buyer cancelled 4 days ago. I followed the email and it took me to the cancellation where it says there is nothing left to do. It must be a glitch. It was a late shipment email.

·4 months agoThat's crazy, this the first I heard of this problem. I assume you put tracking# when you shipped item in January (if not, I would just mark item "as shipped" and see if that solves the problem).
