Invocie error.
Need some help. I sent an invoice but forgot to add a bulk item discount. Is it possible to resend the invoice or should I just add the discount after I ship the order?

·3 years agoI am not familiar with a 'bulk item discount' (because there are limitations of how much you can credit/discount/lower an invoice)....
but if I missed a postage adjustment sending an invoice, I just send another corrected one and it supersedes the previous one.
if they have already paid it, you have to use refund method(s)

A bulk item discount for me is buy one pay listed price, buy two get x% of, buy three get y% off and so on.

·3 years agoYou can't adjust the amount that the items sold for, you can only adjust the postage field. If your postage was free, you can't change the invoice.

OP3 years agoI did not use e-bays discount app. I listed it in the description box myself. It won't let me fix anything so I will be issuing the discount after he pays.

·3 years agoYou can resend the invoice if the buyer hasn't paid.
I hope you don't ship before getting paid first.
