Invalid Inviter User State... will not let me invite a team member to our account .
So they shut my store down one day, no reason why, then they open it up the next day, no reason given, then my Team Member who does all the listings cannot list. Disapproved. Call Ebay. Actually talk to a person. "We will send it to IT and they will take care of it." No they don't. Finally just remover my Team Member, actually I don't, the Team Member withdraws (we are told that would help then just relist them). It doesn't. Now he is "Removed" all his info is there on my account but titled as removed. I try to invite again. Then for seven days I am still listed as Invalid Inviter User State. When I go to the right side of the screen to Contact Us, the grayed out area clearly says "you cannot buy or sell at this time", but then as soon as a representative comes on line, she says, "I don't understand, your account is just fine". I talk to a person at the security department. "your account is just fine, don't see a problem." Duh.

Is this account (tomsalley) the one you're asking about, or is it a different account?
You have no current listings, are you able to list anything yourself right now without issues?
Is the team member you're trying to re-authorize also located in the United States?
