I personally do not use international site visibility as it has an optional upgrade fee. As long as you offer shipping to the other countries your items show on those sites. As you can see it doesn't show as an option on my account but it does show on another sellers account. You must first select international shipping from the see more options shipping pop out. Add international shipping then you will SHOULD see the option.
