Hope to get some feedback on a international buyer issue that came up. Item was sold and sent over 90 days ago, tracking entered and USPS has record of recept at my post office, and Hub here in Glendale Heights Illinois before going to its final destination in Hong Kong. Tracking i have access to stops in Glendale Heights the International Shipping Hub. Now buyer is asking me to step in a issue a refund even though i did everything correct on my end and I assume i am protected. Any advice is appreciated

·1 month agoAdvise your buyer to find the order in their purchase history and open an item not received Money Back Guarantee Claim.
Your involvement in this EIS transaction is over.
Ebay will handle and advise you of the status.
BTW there is usually a second tracking number provided when the package leaves the Ebay hub, which can usually be tracked.

·1 month ago · EditedYou do not have to issue a refund. Ebay has you covered through the EIS program. Buyer should file a case and have Ebay handle it. Time could also have expired for them to do anything being that its over 90 days. I have had this issue as a seller be brought up multiple of times. It could take months until the package gets to Hong Kong if it does at all.

·1 month agoIf it shows delivered to the hub, then eBay takes over, but if it's been over 90 days, the buyer probably can't open a case or demand anything of you (within eBay guidelines, obviously they can send you messages). You can just tell them to contact eBay, and leave it at that.
