International shipping label addresses not matching
International shipping can it have a different shipping address other than the one the ship to order ?

·3 weeks agoBuyers can have multiple ship to addresses. When they purchase something, they likely have one set as their default ship to address, but can change it if they have the need to during the payment process.
As a seller, you ALWAYS ship to the address that appears on the Order. NEVER change that or you risk losing all your Seller Protection on the transaction.

Once the shipment reaches the eIS plant our responsibility for delivery ends.
Normally you do not see the overseas address of the buyer, just the plant.

·Sep 8, 2026 at 4:18 AM@lovitreasures Yes -- if the international order is being shipped through the eBay shipping hub, the initial shipping address will show up as being in Illinois, Kentucky or California, depending on which eBay international service is being used.
