International account shipping to US address?
Hello,
I recently sold a $1,000 item that includes eBay Authentication. I set shipping to US only in the listing. The buyer’s account says Indonesia, but the shipping address is in CA.
The buyer has previous positive reviews from accounts I know sell similar items, but I still feel a bit nervous about sending the item out, even with eBay Authentication.
Any experience with a situation like this?

·3 weeks agoCards that go through authentication are "final sale". Once the item is received and authenticated, you are out of the picture. Anything that might happen after that is between the buyer and eBay. Best protection you can get, nothing to worry about except getting it there.
Do make sure to get signature confirmation on it since it's over $750. And PSA slabs crack easily if something is dropped on the face, so ship in a box with padding.

OP3 weeks agoOkay that makes sense! EBay says they don’t do authentication for international sales, so safe to assume the buyer’s shipping address is still in the US?
It feels like the Authenticity Guarantee & Final Sale nature of the listing protects me from potential scams but it’s my first time selling something like this
