Don't refund through the INR case. Does it show delivered, or a delivery attempt and return to sender? If so, just update the tracking and the case should close in your favor, then you can refund using the normal process.
Well why didn’t you read his mind then? That’s what a “good seller” would do. 😁
I especially love the ones who accuse and blame you for shipping to the wrong address and provide you with a totally different address than what’s on file. You ask them if the address you shipped to is familiar to them and they say it’s an old address of theirs that they never entered on eBay before. Then they expect you to either send them another one or fully refund them because the package got delivered to their old address that you mysteriously got with your psychic powers, because they never provided that old address anywhere.
Wait, if it closes in your favor, why would you refund anything at all?
EDIT: Never mind -I see now you meant in the event of RTS. But if the package was actually delivered, the seller would not be responsible for any refund.

·3 weeks agoI've actually gotten dinged for that on a different platform.
Tried appealing, they upheld the decision.
I was not happy.

·3 weeks agoWell, if it was a failed delivery attempt and it was returned to me, I would refund the item price. I guess I was assuming they intended to do that.
