INR suspension
Hello,
My account was recently suspended due to a high INR rate. The issue occurred solely because several shipped items got stuck in U.S. customs as a result of the new tariff system being implemented. Buyers were refunded immediately upon opening their cases.
My BBE is excellent, and my overall performance is above standard. Is there any way this issue can be resolved, as my selling privileges have been suspended? Unfortunately, no one on the chat seems willing to help.

In this case, the restriction will be automatically removed as soon as your INR rate improves and reaches the market average in the following evaluation cycles. However, you need eligible transactions to improve your performance. If eBay ends all your listings, the restriction is permanent and doesn’t imply any further re-evaluation.

·1 year agoI'm sorry this happened to you. Because of the INRs, your BBE can't possibly be excellent. Maybe for other transactions, but not on the ones you had the issues with.
Sadly, no one here can help you with this issue. We are all sellers or buyers on the site. This is the Community for us to share stories and get help as we can. But for you, there isn't a thing we can do for you. It is completely between you and Ebay.
I wish you the very best. But chances are high that your selling days on Ebay are over.
On each Ebay page there is a link to contact Customer Service at the top of the page and again at the bottom of the page.
I would suggest that you contact Ebay for Business on Facebook, Instagram or Twitter for the better trained CSRs.

Your options will be on the left. If you use the link below you can only get to the Automated Assistant or Chat box type AGENT in the box and hit enter. You will then get more options. Not all options are available 24/7. It will depend on staffing available. So sometimes you can request a call back and sometimes you can't. Sometimes you have the Chat option available and other times it won't me. If it is important to you to use one of those options, just try back later.
If you use a cell phone or other mobile device, you may need to turn off your Spam filter so that Ebay can call you.
If you are a seller outside of the US or Canada, you will need to use the Chat Option.
