Inquiry Regarding Inventory Management from Multiple Locations
Summary: preefern-0 is seeking advice on how to handle inventory management for two locations on eBay, particularly about fulfilling orders from a different location than what's listed. They have included a link to eBay's item location misrepresentation policy for clarification.
Dear Sellers
I am writing to inquire about the management of my inventory currently located at two separate locations: Location A and Location B. At present, Location A is out of stock. I would like to know if it is permissible to fulfill orders from Location B, despite the fact that my listing indicates shipments originate from Location A. Both locations are Added in ship from on my eBay account.
Could you please advise on how to proceed, ensuring compliance with eBay's rules and regulations?
Thank you very much for your assistance.
Best regards,
Preetham

·1 week agoA tracking number uploaded after an item has sold must match the shipping location provided in the listing.
That policy doesn't seem to be strictly enforced if it is a one time occurrence.
There should be no problems if location A and B are both in the same country.
