In need of an real Customer Service Phone Number
Wasted an entire day trying to get hold of a Real Human being. I have searched all over this site... the mobile app and Google Search. No such luck. I am beyond frustrated and seriously feel that I cannot count on anyone from the eBay team to be there when I really need them anymore ... and that is not very often at all. I cannot fix the issues they are pegging me with .... if I do not understand them and know how to fix them. They say in a message... "Revise and Fix problem" ... O.K .... What problem am I fixing according to your Policy Violation?? and ... Why can I Not Revise to Fix this issue? They say I need to .... but give me no way to do so. There is an option to "Appeal" the Issue... however.... I cannot select the "Appeal" option to do so. I ended 3 listings.... to throw into Unlisted thinking I could revise from there.... nope. Long story short... and trying not to rant (I've wasted far too much time and energy on this issue tearing my hair out and getting nowhere... wasting my one free day away until next weekend... and everyone has their own plates to deal with)
I just need a number please.... to get hold of an actual human being. This Auto... Artificial... Machine Service does me no good with this issue. Thank you so very much for your help.
eBay used to be easier to get hold of..... when did they yank their number from easy access?

·6 months agoYour best bet is trying to reach eBay via Facebook. I have had success in the past via this method.

·6 months agoThere isn't one anymore. You have to request a callback. Easiest way is to go to your Drafts page. Hover around there a couple minutes doing nothing, pretty soon a popup will appear asking if you want them to call you. Accept that. They'll call in a certain amount of time.

·6 months ago@chisimarie There has not been a number you can call since the 2020-2021 timeframe.
From what I gather here on the boards, if you have a policy violation(s), perhaps you could post the issue here and with a little patience, someone could come along and assist.
Post details less any personal information. (keep in mind, a lot of folks are watching football now;)
If you did manage to have someone from ebay call you back, chances of them walking you through a policy violation might be slim.
