Improving seller performance
Hi, I had 5 cases closed without seller resolution. All from the same buyer who i suspect that he refused to receive the parcel after it got held by customs after knowing that the tax amount was higher than his expected. He reported to ebay claiming that the item had not arrived. I couldnt provided the delivery proof and the case ended badly. I got 5 cases closed without resolution. My seller account was suspended. All listings become inactive.
after appealing, i got it reduced to 4 case closed without resolution (equivalent to 40% out of 10 transactions) . And, due to a successful delivery case before my account got restricted, i got the number diluted to 36% out of 11 transactions.
How can i get my account relaxed a bit so that i can have at least some of my listings back?
