Immediate payment
Buyers cannot build a cart from my listings in Buy it Now. eBay says there is a icon I can click on when making a listing to remove immediate payment. Numerous listings and this icon to remove immediate payment never shows up. I understand I can remove this in selling preferences in my eBay account. I cannot find out how to do this. I would appreciate any advice to resolve this. Ken

·11 months agoOn my listing form there is an oval clickable link straight to the right from "Pricing" which offers an on/off toggle for "immediate payment" among other options.

·11 months agoIf you are talking about fixed price listings (instead of auctions), the on/off is on/referenced by each individual listing.
If you do use business policies, you need to update the payment policy referenced by those listings.
If you don't use business policies, there should be a similar option in the pricing section when you edit each listing.
