I am not sure what you mean by top seller. Do you mean Top Rated Seller?? I looked at your listings and the 2 random items I looked at had "No Returns". Top Rated Sellers have Free Returns. Your posts will be labeled Top Rated. Have a look at mine. I am a Top Rated Seller
If your metrics show you should be Top Rated. You need to change your return policy. Good Luck.
Not quite right. Top rated PLUS have to have free returns. Top seller has to have a return policy. Nobody can have the top seller rating with no returns as a policy.
You are confusing Top Seller with Top Seller Plus. NONE of my listings have free returns, for good reason, and I am a Top Seller. I do not have the "perks" of Top Seller Plus because I will not put up with the returns abuse by buyers thinking we are all Nordstroms. The "perks" are not worth it, not to me.

·3 years agoAlso not true. I have 2200 listings and "do not accept returns" on any. I am Top Rated, just not Top Rated Plus.

·3 years agoYou're a " a top seller with 350 listings " and you don't know how the "free listings" work?

Keep in mind as well, that fixed price listings auto renew every 30 days and are counted again against the present 250 limit.

OP3 years agoThank you - I didn't realize renewed listings counted - I thought it was 250 new listings, but that makes sense. Roberta
