I'm not not being given credit for 8 sales in my seller performance
I was looking over my performance data for the year and noticed my March sales seemed low. I am not being credited for 8 transactions that went to the same buyer. There was 0 issues with the transaction. It was an international buyer, but I don't see why that would matter. Has anyone run into an issue like this before? Is there anything I can do that doesn't involve calling ebay customer support?

OP4 months agoYes. They purchased 3 items and paid and then purchased another 5 and paid but everything was shipped together. I'm not even being credited for a single sale though in the sale qty or sale $. I am working toward getting back to Top Rated Seller so every transaction counts.

If so, check under the dropdown for international sales, which are categorized separately and do not count toward your US Seller TRS status:

OP4 months agoThis is exactly what the issue was. Thank you! Kind of irritating it splits them up or doesn't have a combined screen so I can keep tabs on where I stand vs the 100 sales and $1000 in sales.

·4 months agoIt may be better for you if you download your sales report - export it - is an excel spreadsheet.
This is what I use for my quarterly tax filings, etc and it shows everything that you've sold and all of the fees that you've paid.
