I'm not getting bid notices and ebay isn't sending me any more emails when my items sell.
I just sold an ebay item after getting an email notice about the customer's bid. When I first looked at his bid, the page contained info about two previous bids on the same item that I never received. I'm afraid this has been going on for years. I noticed a whole different item that had three bids over a few years (I would have sold it, instead the item fell apart waiting for a buyer).
In addition, unlike previous years, I am no longer getting emails when my items sell. I have to check in on my ebay account for that. I do that anyway, but it's so much better also getting an email. I emailed then called ebay who instructed me on what to do to get my emails again. I tried their instruction and it didn't work.
Anyone else having this problem? Has anyone found the magic words to solve the problem? Many thanks!

·3 years agolikewise same thing happens to my 4 accts. I have to watch the bell at the top constantly. Even when I click on sold Ebay doesn't show anything that still needs payment.

OP3 years agoWhat's worse, we can't communicate with them so nothing ever gets fixed. Funny thing is on the top of my product pages in blue is written: "Your item is for sale. Manage offers." So I click on the "manage offers" link and there have been no offers. Happens every time. Like Lucy and Charlie Brown with a football.
