I'm from india and i want to sell some digital product on ebay as global delivery
Currently i'm unable to create Sellers account via ebay.com. ebay asking GST IN number as individually. even i'm new here and don't have 20 lacs turnover over year.
so may i know is this marketplace are not for NON GST IN holder?
Even i have to provided my Personnel PAN Card but this is not sufficient i think.
any expert are here, please help me thanks.

You should, first, however, read the eBay policy on digitally delivered items, particularly the part about needing to be authorized by eBay to do it, which isn't likely to happen for you. Find another business model.
