·5 months agoIf you didn't receive payment, hopefully you didn't ship them yet. Unless you're talking about PAYMENT HOLDS. Which all new sellers have to deal with.
If ebay thinks you are selling a counterfeit item, you best not try to relist it.

You sell a variety of products. Which ones are you being accused of selling counterfeits?
All new sellers are subject to their funds being held for about 30 days so that eBay can make sure that the seller is legit and that the transactions are going to complete without any complications. If the items you have not been paid for are longer than 30 days, you might want to contact eBay on Instagram and ask them about it.
