how ebay dont want to help me with a false feebak and i never had any issues in 19 years of membership very upset the way ebay is managing sellers account not good treatment

Don't worry about yours. It hasn't stopped you from selling.

Your feedback is fine. You may notice on your Feedback page you show you have 100% positive feedback. The old stuff does not count in your percentage.

You years of membership have nothing to do with feedback. If you have a problem with any feedback you may receive, you need to work with Ebay to try and get them removed, but you only have 60-90 days after the feedback is received to do that. If it breaks one of the feedback rules, Ebay will remove it.

If eBay removed feedback based on the word of the seller, no seller would ever have any negative feedback.

That is because the FB didn't break any of the rules. They don't remove it just because a seller doesn't like it or doesn't think it is fair. It has to break a rule.

You reported the buyer for what exactly, leaving a negative FB?? There is no rule against that. Neither of the two you got would qualify for removal which is why they are still there.

With that said, I'm not sure what you are trying to accomplish here. Those FB will not get removed now or then no matter what you do. And those two FB are NOT HURTING you as a seller. So what is it that you are after???
