If I only ship within the US, can watchers for my item be from outside the US?

·1 year agoYes - any buyer can be over seas and have stuff you have for salel and have it shippedto there Uncle Nick at a legit US address.

·1 year agoYes. There are many outside the US that use warehouse shippers, [lower cost] buyers using a Doral, FL address come to mind (wish I could block that city without blocking actual US Households in Doral.....lol).

·1 year agoYou have other countries blocked so unless a buyer changes their location on the search pages, they won't even see your listings. But if they are searching with a US address than yes, they could watch your items. They can even buy them as long as they have a US address that they can be sent to.
Any particular reason why you are blocking PO Boxes? Many rural or small town buyers have to use PO boxes. I think that PO boxes are safer than a regular street address as the packages are put into a locked box.

Yeah, no, you can see items that don't ship to your location if you select "Worldwide" under the "Item Locaton" sort.

Not if the seller has that country blocked. You do not have Australia blocked so if I put that as my location and search ‘worldwide ’ or any any other way, I will see your listings but with no shipping cost.
You do have Barbados blocked and if I search for hartung cats 4771 worldwide, no listings will come up.
I’m not 100% certain but if you had Australia blocked, I don’t think they would have received your offers. The exception might be if their primary shipping address is in the US.

·1 year agoNot only can buyers from outside the U.S. watch your items they can also purchase them as long as they have them sent to a U.S. address like a friend/family member living here or a freight forwarder. If you ever get a sale like this you'll know it by the international fee eBay will charge you (the fee is based on the buyer's location, not where the item is being shipped to).

And not only that, if they do watch it, they can generate a completely useless "Send Offer" notification. I blocked a guy from Australia because he kept putting my stuff on his Watchlist (even after he contacted me and I told him I don't ship to Australia) and I wound up sending him a bunch of offers which he couldn't accept anyway, and oh by the way, now that offers freeze your listing for 96 hours......
