If a seller cancels an order, can the buyer leave feedback?
I looked this up, and the answer was, "no," but I'm unsure about this. I cancelled an order once before (as a seller) - a long time ago, mind you. Buyer still left feedback. Guessing it's changed since then (hopefully!)? I sort of panicked because our weather here in Ohio is getting bad. Buyer is Hawaii of course (lucky her) and wanting the item by Christmas, wants an upgrade... So I figure this up and it's something I'm a little uncomfortable with because I usually never deal directly through Paypal. She then just stops talking to me. I waited as long as I could, but our weather is getting bad. It's been snowing all day. I needed some kind of response on what to do because I didn't know when I'd going out again. I chose to cancel because of her request to have it by Christmas, and being unsure even with priority mail of being able to do that. I know, I should've waited longer or sent it at the regular rate. I just thought it was a little weird that I send her my email address and she just stops communicating. It was only a few hours of time, but as I explained, we deal with bad weather in this area this time of year. I didn't want to make a trip out in this if it's not what she wants me to do. I know I did wrong, but can you let me know if the seller can come back to me in feedback?
