Ideas how to fix this?
I rec'd this question from a buyer. I'm not sure why they can't bid on 2 listings. Any ideas on how to allow it?
Hello,
I tried to bid on both castle walls, but got an error on the second one saying “You are unable to purchase this item due to restrictions from the seller. You have winning bids, submitted offers or bought 1 item(s) from this seller in the past 10 days. Please contact the seller for more information.†I’m not sure if this was on purpose or some accidental setting, but thought I’d let you know in case it was not intended.

If you don't have them on your BBL, perhaps they are located in another country and those items cannot be exported to their destination. This also may be why they can't bid. Just a thought.

·2 years agoAs noted in the other posts, you (or the eBay gremlins) have set this option which limits the number of purchases a member can make in ten days. You can just undo this option, or you can increase the number of items to something greater than one. Be sure to also click on the button for "Apply above settings to active and future listings".
In addition to that, in case it doesn't work, you can put this member's ID on your exemption list:

This is how I would approach it, leaving the original restriction in place. This way you can carve out an exception for that one guy without lowering the bar for everyone else at the same time.

·2 years agoThere is a block you may have set at some time .......in "my account" settings

Block buyers who are currently winning or have bought 1
of my items in the last 10 days.

·2 years agoCheck your account settings under Selling Preferences, Your buyers, Edit your buyers managing who can buy from you
Make sure the last box is not checked. You can also click on the manage buyer requirements activity log and see if there is an entry for the buyer who had an issue.
