I am running a 10% off on my store patterns and I have emailed my previous buyers that I have a sale going on. I had to do it one by one but Ebay doesn't have anything like that for us!

·2 years agoYou have a store subscription @the-sewing-bee which means you have access to send store newsletters.
Use the newsletter feature because sending messages to buyers one-by-one can be considered SPAM and eBay has a policy against that.

Edit to add: you also have the option to create coupons and send them to specific buyer groups, including repeat buyers. https://www.ebay.com/sh/mkt/buyergroup
