I would like your thoughts on this seller.
I bought 20 half dollars . It was a stock photo. The seller never sent them so I filed an ebay never shipped and asked for my money back. Instead he reshipped them and I didn't know it. Now he says he didn't know I wanted my money back. He has done this to another buyer. Supposedly the replacement arrives today, but I feel like I've been snookered. Any thoughts?

·2 years agoIf he sent the item, even if it was late, wait and see what you get. No reason to feel "snookered" if he just missed sending them out, but if he sent you something different then of course you can file a NAD claim. Also, he couldn't have closed the INR claim you opened initially, so if he just hasn't responded yet or hasn't refunded you, you always have the option to escalate to eBay (that's not good for him, but at this point you're entitled to do so if he's left it open).
Use your options available to you. As a buyer, you're well protected.

·2 years agoHow long has it been since you opened the INR? If it is recent wait and see if the item arrives. If it does and it is what you were expecting/wanted you can close the INR case. If it arrives and it is not what you were expecting or not as described open a NAD case with eBay.
