i want to sell ebay jewelry

How do I create a business account? As soon as I enter my Gmail, it already shows up. But I have not yet verified my account to sell. How will I verify it? Help me

I believe eBay needs to verify your account you set up with Payoneer to be paid. You cannot just create an account on eBay and try to sell. There are protocols and requirements that eBay needs before you can start selling. If you have not signed on with Payoneer, you cannot sell. Also note it can take up to 30 days to be approved by eBay. Here's a link to get you started:

We need a card on file in case you have outstanding amounts owed to eBay and your funds are insufficient. The credit card you add for selling costs should match your payout currency to avoid the possibility of additional fees.

SBI debit card is not being added on eBay. International transactions are also operational. The address is also the same. Then why is the ad not happening? It is not happening beyond this. May I know how to add it? current account card

We here in the US do not use Payoneer for payouts so honestly it's hard to advise. My suggestion is that you contact Payoneer directly via their website/customer service or phone number so they can tell you exactly what it is you need to get your account verified. I'm sure they can advise and explain.
