I THOUGHT THE NEW EBAY FREE RETURNS FOR EBAY MOTORS WAS FOR NEW PARTS ONLY
I recently changed all my used parts from Free returns to Buyer Pays return shipping. I only have a few listings that are New. I just noticed that most of them now say Seller Pays. I revised several and they do not revise. They still say free returns. What am I missing?

Hey @wheelworkzmurfreesboro! Have you double checked your business policies? You can access them quickly here: https://www.ebay.com/bp/manage Update all listings using the same policy by changing the option from "Free for Buyer, you pay" to "Buyer". Since the condition of your items is used, you are not required to pay for return shipping.

·1 year agoI still have the options, not sure why you don't.
However, Over the last several months, I've changed mine (over 7000) from Buyer Pays, to No Returns, and now Free Returns.
None of that has made one bit of difference in sales.....Or returns
