i receive message from my customers about my listed products on Ebay but there is not any links ...
and informations. Before when i receive message there was also product link could be seen under the message. Now i can not understand which products we are talking about. what is the problem here? help please

If the communication did not originate from a listing, then there would be no link to a listing.

Have you tried asking the buyer which products he is talking about?
what is the problem here?
It may be a lack of understanding on your part.

·1 year agoI've seen this and they ask something like "Does this come in red color?" You have to ask them what listing they are looking at. Annoying.
Link should be at the top of the message, you may need to scroll up to see it.
If there's no listing at the top then your buyers are not contacting you through the listing, they are contacting you through Contact in your profile or store. You will then need to ask your buyers which of your items they are inquiring about.
