I paid for an item but the seller is not answering
So i bought a dj controller i’ve paid for it one week ago and i didnt received anything from the seller. I tried to contact him but i didnt got any answer. What can i do now?

·1 year agoFind the order in your My eBay / purchase history or the sale confirmation email from EBay and track the package. This is a big heavy item that may take longer to arrive.

·1 year agoYou are in Germany, probably best to ask on their board......this is primarily US sellers and rules/actions could be different:

Here in the US, we would probably advise to wait until after the delivery date and if item is not delivered.....file a Not Received claim on ebay.........

·1 year ago@horsi6731 You should have order information on your summary page.
One day after the last day of estimated delivery, if the item hasn't arrived, open an "item not received case"
eBay will refund if you don't get the item.
That said, sellers aren't required to respond or even enter tracking info so it could still be on it's way to you.

If you tried to cancel and succeeded, you should not expect the item.
If you tried to cancel and failed, the order should still be there.
