I need to change a feedback that I left for somebody
I bought something and we worked it out and she let me return it and I want to change my feedback. How do I go about doing that?

·1 month agoAs a seller yourself, I'm surprised that you left that feedback in the first place. It's against feedback policy to leave negative when "buyer is raising an issue that was correctly disclosed in the listing". If the measurements were shown in the listing and you just didn't look at them, then you broke the feedback policy rules when you wrote:
"I ordered this purse thinking it was like the pictures. Way smaller than I expected. Looks like a kitty Purse and she does not take returns so make sure you get what you’re looking for. I should’ve looked at the measurements closer but the picture was the exact same Purse I wanted when I got it. I was very disappointed. $285. 00 very sad. I will never use the Purse."

·1 month agoYou must ask the seller to send you a feedback revision request.

·1 month agoAsk your seller to send you a Feedback Revision form. It is really easy for them to do. You would then receive an email from Ebay [not the seller] and inside the email it will tell you how to easily revise your feedback.
If your seller doesn't know how to do this, have them follow this link.
