Hi Ebay Team,
I am Ritesh Kumar and acount name is NAV.RIT and i am working on the ebay from last 5 years but uptill now i can not boost of my sale as should be of my account and i pay all fess and everything but i really don't get full support of EBAY team... Can you help me that where i can talk to someone who can clear my doubt and i can work for my self on with support of EBAY..

·3 years agoI don't know how to get that kind of support from eBay, but here is my opinion, you can take it or leave it.
Your prices are very high for non-branded items. You could look up similar items on eBay and see what they actually sell for, not what they are listed for. $30 to 40 for a dog collar, leash, toy or harness seems kind of high for me. The bags you sell are very cute, but the prices seem kind of high. Another problem is that it takes up to 6 weeks to receive your items. People need the dog items right away, not in 6 weeks.

You should report your post, posting eMail addresses and phone numbers in a public forum can open you up to potential scammers.
What problem are you having exactly? We can help you the best we can, but understand none of us can see into your account. We can only go by what you tell us.

Your store is already activated. So I’m not sure what you mean “ how can I activate my storeâ€.
If you’re not making sales it could be that people are not in the market for what you’re selling right now.
Plus many of us pet owners, myself included, go to local pet stores for our harnesses and leashes so we don’t pay shipping or have to wait for those items to arrive.
Most buyers look at feedback of a seller before making a purchase. To be honest, your feedback may be a problem, even though it’s mostly a year old it would still prompt me to use the back button and shop elsewhere.

I don't know whether eBay still provides that kind of support for sellers in India or not, but they don't provide it to sellers who are based in the USA, which is most of the people on this community forum.
You can try asking on the eBay India community. I believe that there are more eBay employees who are active on that community.
