·8 months agoStop using those first class stamps. You need to ship everything with postage that has tracking. That may be your problem.

·8 months agoWhy do you have shipping prices for items you are obviously shipping with one stamp ranging from one dollar all the way up to $3 and everything in between? That has nothing to do with your ratings, but shipping things with stamps might.

OP8 months agoI do not use one stamp to ship items. I use Large manilla envelopes to ship letterheads. the cost is over $1.60 +

·8 months agoThere has not been a phone number to call since ~2021 or thereabouts.
You can list your concerns here if you want and experienced sellers can walk you through.
Most likely will be better information provided here. We go through this scenario almost daily with sellers in the same boat as you.

What ratings are you referring to? If you can post a screenshot or the actual numbers in question, we can help a lot better.
