The tracking number is correct but the carrier is not so eBay is not acknowledging that the item is received even though the buyer sent positive feedback that received and positive feedback

Is there a issued being caused because eBay does not acknowledge the item was received?

Al long as the buyer is not making a claim that the item was not received then you should be ok.
