I just opened my business seller account and got immediately suspended?!!?

I have 3 other seller accounts under my personal information and recently opened a new business account under a newly formed LLC. Not even 30 mins later, my business seller account got a permanently suspension for no reason! This is beyond frustrating. Anyone has the same issue and what did you do to get the account reinstated, if at all possible?

·Sep 11, 2026 at 9:35 PMAccounts do NOT get suspended for no reason. In email you got, read it carefully, there is at least a hint at what the problem is, but if you don't spot it, post the body of it here, blacking out any personal info and we can help you spot what the problem is.
It is likely as @inhawaii states. There may be something going on with one or more of your other accounts, which would reflect on this new account as well. Ebay doesn't allow members just to open another selling account to get around any sanctions that may be on another account you hold.

Are there circumstances when creating another account isn't allowed?
Registering new accounts to avoid buying and selling restrictions or limits, or other policy consequences, is not allowed on eBay.

·1 month ago · EditedAll of your caps have corporate logos on them. Are they authentic and authorized? Do you have permission from the rights owners to sell them? They look manufactured by the same maker, not individual brands. Where do you get your inventory from? Counterfeit reproductions do come to mind...

ahh, you have a processing time, do you make these? I'm guessing you don't own the rights to all those logos. Ouch. You got caught.
