I have several small items listing and have had someone offer to buy in bulk
I have a several small items and was offered a bulk payment. The items all end at different times and some are "best offer" others are not. I'm new to ebay (the newer ebay - sold on here years ago). Can I just end and the listing and create one in a bulk lot. Will I be charged a fee for ending the listings early? Any help would be appreciated. Thank you

Be VERY careful. There are those out there that look for new or newer sellers to take advantage of because they usually don't know the rules very well. But you are a Smart one to come here first. Very good job.
You want to be as sure as you can that this buyer is telling you the truth. And they are not asking you to take the transaction or the payment off Ebay. So trust your gut feeling on this. Be sure if you go and close listings to create a bulk listing that you are both going to get enough money for your stuff and they are being honest with you and will purchase the listing.
Make sure you keep ALL communication in the Ebay message system. NOTHING outside of Ebay.
As to getting charged for ending a listing. That only happens on Auction listings that have a bid on them and then you close them. Ebay will charge you as if you sold the item.
Now with all that said. Since you have make an offer on most of your listings, why not just have them use that. And if they are interested in a listing that doesn't have it, add it to the listing.

OP1 year agoI tried to have him use that, but he wanted a bulk amount and wasn't sure he could trust me. Maybe because of my being new 🤷â€â™€ï¸. I think we've worked it out. Thanks so much.

·1 year agoThat is ridiculous. That statement alone would make me very concerned about this buyer. Once they made their offers and you accepted, you can send them an invoice and give them a reduced shipping price.

·1 year agoI have used this listing technique in the past. For a title I usually used: Reserved for XXX....
I also briefly described each item in the description, with photos.
Overkill perhaps but I like a nice clean trail, just in case. In my past life, documentation was extremely important.
My buyer really appreciated only one purchase and of course I discounted the shipping.

·1 year agoAs long as they are not auctions you can close them.
You should not be charged anything for closing them. You will be charge a Fee for the new listing or use free listing if you have any available.

OP1 year agoThank you for the response, it to mea bit to figure it out. I wanted to make sure it was a real deal before removing listing. I think it worked out well for both of us.
