I see you just joined eBay yesterday and have 0 sales. I too sell coins and have no issues but being that you are a new member their are restrictions until you build up a reputation. Are you trying to sell high dollar items out the gate?
New accounts typically start with low limits, like 10 items and up to $500 total value, which includes both active listings and sold items. As you sell successfully and earn positive feedback, eBay automatically reviews your account for limit increases.
We need more information. Are you unable to list things for sale which your having listing issues or are you having issues with getting stuff sold when your items are listed?
