I hate Autopay on EBay
Not a fan of Autopay where now I have to wait for 7 days to get paid for my items while the buyer “wants to continue shoppingâ€. Is there anyway to change settings to disable Autopay.

Yes. See your settings here:

Buyer Rules:
*Require buyers to provide a payment method before they place a bid.
*Require buyers to provide a payment method before they make an offer.

The 7-day extension to pay is a function of auctions. Though this "auto-pay" plan was first initiated to cut down on a supposed non-paying buyer problem, it worked quite well in discouraging buyers who DO pay. Instead of sanctioning buyers who did not follow the rules and pay, eBay did this. It limits a buyer's choice of payment methods and dispenses with combined shipping for multiple items from the same buyer. Though this plan made eBay more money, paying buyers did not appreciate being treated like "deadbeats" before even getting started, and knowing the option for combined shipping was going to be removed. Many buyers simply refuse to participate in the "New Improved Enhanced Checkout" , which was quickly discovered to be nothing of the sort. The 7-day delay is an attempt to appease buyers who would normally just pass the listings by once they see the screen that requires a payment source first.
Many sellers liked auto-pay and preferred getting paid faster over getting paid more. Sellers that have turned them off report getting more offers, more bids, and thus more sales at a higher price point. Turning them off would put the seller back in charge of the time lines for payment.
