I don't understand?

This is my item count... Results:1-200 of 206($1,418.86, Qty: 207)

I am a bit confused. (Auto Correct won't let me say Confussed)

It seems that I have a mystery item. Counted, there are 206 items listed. Could have missed. You can count if you want, it is a bit tedious. Wouldn't suggest it. My first thought was that someone had something in their cart. Beyond that, I have no clue. I have no clue what that item even is.

Do you have any idea as to this mystery 207th item?
