Since you only get 250 free listings each month. I would go and cancel/end 19 listings now to get you to 250 listings. Fixed priced listings get are automatically renewed every 30 days unless you cancel/end before the 30 days is up.

fixed price listings are "good till cancelled" and you will be charged a listing fee each month when the item renews if you exceed your "250 free" listings.
You did agree to that when you listed
If you do not want a listing to renew you need to "end" it before the renewal date
