I'm very new at this, and have no relevant experience in selling stuff online. I'm not sure how much it matters, but I live in Northeast Ohio and, as the title says, I'd be willing to use the help of, and-or hire somebody, to help me with selling a new desktop pc and a new pc monitor on ebay. Both are fairly recent models, no more than 2 years old, I believe, and both are still in the packaging. Neither has been opened yet.
