I has Sold a SONY combo player DVD recorder System to a buyer, the item sold was previously used. The system may have external signs of wear and tear, but is fully functional and functions as intended under test. The buyer returned the item after receiving it and it did not work immediately, stating that the video tape was not coming out, there was no damage to the shipping, and the item returned by the buyer was not the one we sent, and the serial number of the item was wrong and did not match, if this is the case, this is a serious problem as it is a fraudulent return by the buyer, how should the seller handle this problem properly?Please Help,
