I choose the wrong reason for a cancel order
While i was packing an item it broke and refunded the customer but i choose the wrong reason. Can someone help me fix this

It should have been Out Of Stock.

·10 months agoseveral years ago back when you could talk to a competent rep on ebay instead of facebook I evidently selected out of stock on a buyer requested address change cancel.
I figured the fact that the cancel request was in messages, the buyer actually rebought the item 5 minutes after the out of stock cancel and the fact that I had like 500 available on the live listing would result in the csr changing it but they refused, either they could not or would not change it.
undo buttons do not exist for ebay sellers, click carefully

·10 months agoProbably not. Best you can do is call ebay. And even then I highly doubt it. Just be more careful in the future, and be sure to reach out to the customer too.
