I can't add photos to a listing without getting an error
I have an issue with photos I try to add to my listing. They keep giving me an error message that the photo must be 500 mega pixels wide. I've tried every setting on my camera, and it still gives me an error. This all of a sudden started doing this. What am I doing wrong?

You may try going to the Technical Forum and looking to see if there are any recent posts on this so you can gather some information. If you don't see anything, then post there in order to hopefully get some attention to the matter.
