I can’t see photos the buyer sent on return request
Hi. I received the return request from the buyer with damaged items. And I messaged her for extra photos from the Message the buyer tab. She replied to me but I couldn’t see previous messages and pictures anymore. How can I see them again?

·11 months agoSometimes ebay requires that buyers include picture(s) when opening a NAD (not as described) case and that will show in the dispute.
But if the request is allowed to be opened without pictures, the seller has to accept the return or issue a refund without a return.
The buyer isn't obligated to send pictures after the claim is opened just because the seller asks for them.

·11 months agoDo you get copies of those messages sent to the off-eBay email address associated with your account? You might be able to see the photos there. (I know it's kind of a roundabout process, where clicking on your email copy actually takes you back into your eBay account to view photo attachments, but it might be worth a try.)

·11 months agoIf she replied in Messages, that will only show in Messages, not in the case. I don't believe buyers can reply with photos inside the case, they only get the option to upload messages during the original request.
Have you accepted the return request, and/or issued a refund already? You should not issue a refund until you have the item in hand, unless you don't want it back, but doing so and closing the case can also make some of the case details unavailable or harder to access.
