I am sure eBay is blocking my listings. I want an answer
4 years ago I was selling 8-10 items a day. From 3 years to now I barely sell 1 item every other day. I have found that eBay keep requiring more and more new item specifics almost every 2 months. I am sure that if we don't updated, ebay wont show your listings. I update them but ebay keep requiring more and more. Majority of my items are priced from 0.99 to 4.90. After cost, postage and fees I just make 0.10 to 0.20 on each sale. My monthly and final eBay fees are over $120 monthly plus cost and expenses. It makes no sense to stay here. eBay please remove the block on my listings. I have the right to an answer from a supervisor.

Other posters have given you accurate information. Even if you were to contact Ebay, it isn't likely they could tell you any more than we have here. You sell in categories that are pretty saturated with listing too. You have lots of competition.
You might try a Markdown sale to generate some traffic. Clearly you can discount listings you sell you are selling for $1 as you likely are not making any more than pennies on the ones you sell single listings to a buyer.

·2 years agoThere is an option, right under the recommended additions to the item specifics in the listing, where you can check Don't Remind Me of this again (or something like that). If you click on that, you will stop getting those notifications. I know, they are very annoying!!!
4-5 years ago is a lifetime in the online retail world. What you had then is not going to be necessarily flying off the shelves today. Even though I have a ton of CD's, I stream all of my music as most people do today I think. Maybe look at Terapeak to see what the market is doing and how your competition is doing as well.
I do wish you well and good luck.

·2 years ago85% of my listings are missing ebays recommended item specifics. I used to look at them thinking I was missing something important but most of the time it was information that didn't pertain to what I was selling.
Not having them all filled out may hurt in the search results, but I'm not totally convinced of that being the case.
As a buyer I don't like it when a seller fills in all the item specifics because then I've got to look through all that useless information to find the two or three things that are important.

·2 years agoFour years ago people were stuck in their homes with little to do and extra money, since they couldn't go anywhere, so buying online was a favorite pastime. I don't sell like the old days, but I sell okay when I have good things to offer. I don't always find those quick selling good things, though. I try to fill out item specifics when they apply, but right now I have over 1100 that need recommended item specifics added.

I just did a random search of some of your items based on keywords from your item descriptions. The items I checked appeared high on the first search page. Some of the items showed up as sponsored, some were displayed without the "Sponsored" notice.

·2 years agoeBay is not here and will not see your post.
Im not sure about what rights you have on here but maybe, just maybe 4 years ago the items you are selling were more in demand?
The economy was a lot different 4 years ago than it is today.
I see you sell a lot of CDs. I cant remember the last time I bought a CD.
Not for myself or as a gift.
Im not sure not adding item specifics will have eBay not showing items but I know the more information an item has the easier it is to find in searches.
It seems to me that eBay is here to make money and purposely not showing listings for no reason doesnt seem like it would make eBay money.
