I AM DONE SELLING DESIGNER ON EBAY!!! THEY LOVE TO UNVERIFY AUTHENTIC GOODS
I own 2 successful sneaker/designer stores in Michigan. I have an authenticator at each location and we use entropy which is the absolute best in the business for authentication. eBay time and time again will fail to verify 100% authentic goods. Designer we have original receipts for. STOP authenticating items if you're not going to do it right... Last month eBay failed an LV trainer I bought personally from the LV store at summer set mall. I paid $1200 plus tax and eBay says they are unverified. WHAT A JOKE!!!! every time I sell designer on eBay i get scared its not going to pass for some **bleep** reason. I've had way to many authentic items fail eBay... Never Had a single issue on grail. We only deal in 1,000% authentic goods. I would stake my entire business that eBay is not doing sellers justice with their shotty authenticators...

·8 months agosnkrs-store is right, they don't give you an explanation when unverified and there is no way to dispute it. Makes you look bad as a seller, even though you have all the proof for authenticity.

·8 months agoEbay is not saying they are not authentic.
They are saying they are not able to authenticate them - for whatever reason, i'm sure they explain it to you.
There's a big difference.

OP8 months agoNot true. Whether the item is unverified or unauthentic, eBay will only tell us sellers the item is "unverified" and gives no explanation. This happens to me often. 1 in 5 items in the last 3 months
