How/Why??? My item had/has a bid, but moved to the "unsold" page after auction ended. | Selling

Hello to all,How is it possible for my BattleZone Bible to have had a bid for several days, but then wind up in the unsold section at auction's end? Is this a computer glitch? My first thought was that the winning bidder had decided to cancel their bid, but I have received no notification from Ebay that that has happened. And, even though it sits in the "unsold" section of MyEbay, it still shows it as having received a bid? Has anyone had an experience like this? I am truly confused by this.
