How to turn off Ebay automatically changing my items to accept best offers

I'm finding that many of my items up for auction are automatically changing to allow offers. How do I disable this feature?

If you are listing using the eBay app or the Quick Listing tool, eBay will automatically add "best offer" to qualified listings.

Try listing using the Advanced or Business tool instead.

Not sure why Ebay has to do that. I select No offers and that should be it.
