You aren't communicating with "ebay," customer service or their representatives.
You're on a community message board with buyers and seller who have been using ebay for a long time. We're able to advise you but we need to know what's going on, what you want to buy or sell, what type of messages you've received from ebay, etc.
It depends on what you did to deactivate your ability to use eBay. Dealing with a business is not the same as dealing with a person. Businesses are not forgiving. Post the emails associated with what originally happened and maybe somebody will help.
@a.o.m.pham you should probably start your own thread, unless you're the same person as the one who started this thread using a different account, which would pose problems for you since you're not registered in the same country as the user account that started this thread. Because your issue is almost certainly different than the original one, you'll get better help and be less likely to be confused by answers intended for someone else if you begin your own thread, and provide ALL the details needed to help us understand what's going on.
Are you writing in a new version of shorthand?? or do I need to find my Captain Midnight decoder ring???.
Most people on this discussion board are from the USA both buyers and sellers and are not familiar with the rules and regulation/policy of eBay in your country. (UAE) and you are a relative new member since Feb. 2025 with zero activity - buying or selling currently.. Did you have some activity and now don't???

When you come here and ask for help or advice, you need to give us absolutely all of the relevant information if you want us to help resolve your issue.
